Becoming mindful is a personal practise, and although it would be lovely if we could all simply build mindfulness skills on our own, sometimes it’s nice to experience mindfulness in new and intereting ways, or try different techniques to increase awareness, or simply to be in a room of like-minded souls. I organise a few events each year, some online and some in a physical space. Take a peak and see if any interest you!
